Click to watch the video on The Most Astounding Fact.
I agree that this is the most astounding fact about the universe.
One reason is that this is true when the big bang happened and the stars collapsed on earth they carried oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen. These three elements have provided what we need today to survive in the world. Without these 3 elements we wouldn't be able to live or create chemical inventions to help us with our everyday lives like we do today.

My class has yet again watched another movie. This one is called The Blind Side.
Take note that the what I write will contain spoilers for those who have not watched The Blind Side.
The movie is a great example of the High Five Principles. The High Five Principles are a series of messages to help students reflect on their lives and how they live each day. The five principle are Follow your heart, Change is constant, Learning is ongoing, Focus on the journey and Access your allies.
The main character, Michael Oher, followed his heart when he wanted to try out for football, and he went for that dream. This is an example of the "Follow your heart" message.
The "Change is constant" message was portrayed when The Tuohy family takes Michael in as their adopted son, giving him new clothes and a place to sleep. This has been a change for Michael because he didn't have a family before or a place to stay.

May contain some spoilers for those who have not watched the movie.
Lately, my class and I have been watching the movie called V for Vendetta. The biggest part of the movie focused on the government issues and how it has corrupted part of England. V, the main character, wanted to change that.
It is shown that the government is a dictatorship. This is because the governor removed rights from certain people to gain more power.
Human rights were removed from people who were imprisoned in the Larkhill Detention Centre. There the people were experimented on for a new virus invented so the government could find  cure and gain the trust and power from citizens.

So, my class and I went to communitech. Here's the map:
Since it was my first time being there, I learn a lot of things I did not know about them. We went to different companies in communitech.

Christie Digital

The first place we went to was Christie Digital. There I learned about the new upcoming technology that are being invented. I saw that our technology is becoming more advanced and seeming to become smarter than technology years ago. My favorite part was when my class and I were shown a 3D technology piece called "The Hive". We were given 3D classes and stepped on a platform with a 3D screen in front and beside us. It looked so real, as if we were actually in that scenery. That got me wondering how technology would turn out in the next 10 years.

Google

Next we went to another company called "Google". There people work to help improve google and the parts of google. We were shown around and the building looked very interesting. The furniture I mean.

Hi, as you all know this is my website for my FFP class. I'm a student at Huron Heights Secondary School.
Random things about me:
-I am an anime fan and will watch anything anime related. Or read. Or draw :)
-I am a HUGE wolf lover. I don't know exactly why, but I am fascinated by them
-I LOVE music. Music has become my life now and I cannot go a day without listening to at least a dozen songs. At least.
-If I get a chance to watch a movie, I will. I will watch any movie that is related to action, comedy, fantasy and-yes- anime. The only type of movie I can't watch is romance. I just can't.
-I am very random at times. One minute I'm talking about one thing and the next I'm talking about something completely unrelated to that. Which leads to me getting distracted easily.
-I have a mind of my own. However, if I feel like it I might listen, but other times I just don't. I don't like to be told what to do. If you're nice, I might...
